CPA Australia provides thought leadership on local, national and international issues affecting the accounting profession and public interest.As the Head of Membership, you are responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of the policies, operations and standards for all member admissions, advancement, renewals and cessations, as well as public practice certification and migration skills assessments.Your key responsibilities include overseeing the management of all aspects of key activities within the portfolio, ensuring adherence to the relevant frameworks, CPAA Constitution, By-Laws, policies and procedures. These include, but are not limited to:Membership renewals, including financial hardship assessmentsRetirement transfersMembership cessationsSkilled migration assessmentsPublic Practitioner certification processes, including compliance activities for professional indemnity insuranceMembership certificate and milestone processesWork experience assessmentsStudent support plansThis position is a fixed term contract to December 2025.About You:You will come to us with demonstrated people and team management capabilities, relationship management, and competence to be adaptive to change.
