* Job title: Speech Pathologist - Paediatric Caseload - Clinic-Based/Community/Hybrid
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum + super + PD
Location: Mornington, VIC
* Salary packaging of $15,900 on top of your salary plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment (equivalent of up to $6,400 additional net salary subject to individual circumstances)
* Permanent Part time or Full time positions
* Regular supervision and mentoring
* Individual $1K professional development budget and 5 days PD leave per annum (pro rata)
About the company:
They provide support under the NDIS to children from birth to 12 years of age. Biala has been supporting children and their families on the Mornington Peninsula for over 40 years.
They are looking for someone who is looking to grow with our company and work collaboratively with our team of Therapists and the wider community. You will have a current Working With Children Check, Driver's License and access to a reliable car.
About the Role:
We have exciting opportunities for a new graduates, early career or experienced Speech Pathologists to join us on a permanent part time or full time basis.
In this role you will:
* Work with a varied paediatric caseload alongside a multi-disciplinary team;
* Conduct assessments and provide therapy to meet the needs of children in the areas of autism, communication, self-regulation, motor skills, social skills, exec functioning, self-care participation and inclusion;
* Have an opportunity to work on site at our purpose built facility or within the child's natural environment (childcare, kindergarten, school or their home);
* Provide support in person or via Telehealth.

Essential Criteria:
You hold a degree in Speech Pathology, registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), a current Driver's License and reliable car.
