Graduates may undertake rotations through clinical areas across 3 MDHS campuses: Maryborough, Dunolly and Avoca including acute and specialty areas. Successful candidates will obtain a Permanent contract with MDHS, as follows: - Year 1: RN or EEN Transition to Practice Program - Year 2: RN Year 2 or EEN Specialty Program, with encouragement to complete Post Graduate studies in their chosen area. - Year 3: RN or EEN Permanent Nurse Pool, where you have the opportunity to continue working with MDHS in a range of departments as required across the heath service, unless other internal recruitment occurs prior.
