This role is tailored for an experienced Administration professional (preferably with a background in Accounting), eager to thrive in a bustling office environment. Experience the excitement of a fast-paced work environment and the satisfaction of making a positive impact.Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, you will: Provide comprehensive support to Accountants and deliver outstanding client service Interact with Government Agencies, such as the Australian Taxation Office, ASIC, and state revenue offices Manage all aspects of customer service and administration Prepare and distribute client engagement letters and proposals Coordinate and schedule client meetings Assist in invoicing and debtor collection Oversee lodgement of tax returns and Activity Statements Collating documents to send to clients for review and signing and filing of all signed documents upon return Aid in the establishment of new entities by preparing necessary documents Manage annual compliance projects, including FBT and Trust Resolutions Liaise with the ATO, clients, and Accountants for information gathering Maintain workflow efficiency, adhering to lodgement lists and deadlines Provide general office support, including phone handling, greeting clients, physical and electronic mail management, file organisation, meeting room preparation, stationery orders, and office suppliesAssist with the co-ordination of supplies and catering for client events.Skills and Experience: We are looking for candidates with: Experience within an Accounting firm environment preferred but not necessary Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team Positive and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills Process-driven mindset with attention to detail Commitment to delivering quality client service and support High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Professional presentation Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Teams Applicants must have the right to work in Australia While experience in a similar role is highly regarded, it is not essential Excellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please send your resume along with a cover letter to (email protected) Join MKS Group and be a part of our success story!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
