The Role
Electrical Fitter for Switchboard Manufacture
Summary
As an Electrical Fitter, you'll be the driving force behind the production of reliable, high-quality low voltage electrical switchboards. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet stringent safety and compliance standards, helping us achieve our mission of excellence and innovation.

What You'll Love Doing
* Building and manufacturing modular and custom switchboards with precision.
* Working in control panel and switchgear assembly.
* Testing and commissioning switchboards.
* Ensuring all work complies with AS/NZS61439, AS/NZS3000, and NSW Service & Installation rules.
* Reading and interpreting single line diagrams, control schematics, and specifications.
* Fabricating and installing copper busbars.
* Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.
About You
You're an individual who thrives in a busy and diverse environment. You excel when you:
* Work autonomously and proactively.
* Pay attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy.
* Have a working knowledge of electrical fitting and wiring.
* Have previous experience with Schneider/NHP/ABB switchgear (preferred).
* Have previous experience or knowledge of power/control wiring.
* Work effectively in a workshop-based, team environment.
* Confidently learn to operate machinery.
* Have an intermediate use of Office 365 and the Microsoft Suite.
* Demonstrate confidence and ethical behavior.
* Show resilience and tenacity in challenging situations.
* Be a team player who values growth and accountability.
* Stay organized and manage time efficiently.
