You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple business units to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
You will be at the forefront of problem-solving, data analysis, and process enhancement, ensuring that projects align with and achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Gather and define business requirements, conduct research and analysis as requiredAnalyse current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvementWork with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and identify critical path itemsDevelop as-is and to-be process maps relating to the superannuation and managed funds businessAnalyse workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvementOversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system enhancements are efficient, functional, and user-friendly, in collaboration with the business and project teamWork as a crucial component of a project team responsible for enhancing existing business processes/systems or developing new systems and processesServe as a liaison between business users and development teams, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbout YouYou're an adept Business Analyst with experience in Investment Management or Superannuation, looking to work in a highly talented and collaborative PMO.
In addition to strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, are highly proficient in gathering requirements and writing documents and specifications with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.If you have all, or most of the following we'd love to hear from you:7+ years Business Analyst experience in similar roles, preferably in financial services3+ years experience in investments, superannuation, custody, unit pricing or fund administrationStrong technical specification writing/documentation skills including requirements gatheringSound knowledge of the challenges and regulations impacting the superannuation and investments environmentFamiliarity with business analysis tools and softwareRelevant tertiary qualification(s)At Australian Ethical we embrace diversity in our people and thinking.
