This is an exciting opportunity to join an Australian owned and operated Market Leader established for over 130 years working with a small friendly and supportive team based in the South East.
The Role
Due to business growth they are currently seeking a Permanent Warehouse Coordinator for a full time position Monday to Friday reporting to the Inventory and Supply Manager
$65K + super
Key Duties will include:
1. Coordinate the storage and movement of inventory through stores
2. Take ownership and champion the store to provide a logical, ordered and accessible solution for all divisions of the business.
3. Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring correct con note labels are attached to each item
4. Process warehouse transfers in an accurate and timely manner, including via the IR system
5. Process inward goods in an accurate and timely manner, including coordination of large volume inbounds with the planning team
6. Ensure inventory is stored safely and accurately
7. Ensure all inventory items have a bin location
8. Ensure product is labelled accurately and conforms to all internal policies and governing regulations
9. Coordinate daily outward goods requirements by processing orders through ERP and FMS
10. Coordinate reverse logistics functions with external & internal customers
11. Provide assistance and recommendations for optimal storage of any new inventory item
12. Provide transport information to the customer service/sales team as required
13. Communicate all issues with your manager in a timely manner
14. Coordinate periodic and ad-hoc cycle counts and assist with annual stock take
15. Ensure both external and internal customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner
16. Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner and conforms to all requirements under applicable Occupational Health and Safety legislation
17. Assist in operation of Quality System
18. Successfully collaborate cross-functionally with other employees and departments to share a common goal of providing optimal customer satisfaction through teamwork
19. Perform other duties as required from time to time
Skills and experience:
20. A minimum of 2 years experience in a Warehousing or Logistics role
21. Ideally worked in a Surgical Supply or Medical Device environment
22. Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude and accept responsibility
23. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office
24. A minimum of 2 years experience with ERP and freight management systems
25. Are a team player
