About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis at our retail store in Pialba, QLD.
As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional assistance and comprehensive information about our products. You will engage with customers to exceed expectations and create a positive experience.
* Drive sales and achieve individual and company objectives
* Provide outstanding customer service support and maintain high standards
* Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store
* Conduct rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
* Handle phone enquiries, emails and intranet leads effectively
* Process deliveries and pickups, assisting with stock management and replenishing stock on the shop floor
* Maintain professionalism and integrity
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Prior experience in retail and sales
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A positive attitude and passion for your duties
* Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment and anticipating customer needs
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Preparedness to complete a NSW Police Check
