Talent International is currently recruiting for an APS 5 Capability Partner Facilitator to work for one of our Federal Government clients based in Richmond or Geelong.
The position is 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension and are paying hourly + Super.
Responsibilities:
1. Delivering learning programs through digital learning and virtual platforms, including MS Teams and seeking feedback, identifying and reporting trends.
2. Maintaining technical knowledge of best practice across capability and learning, innovations in learning and technology, and contributing to the development or continuous improvement of learning projects.
3. Providing insight from experience and best practice, and advising the development of the learning framework to ensure consistent curriculum for frontline staff.
4. Contributing knowledge, skills and experience to the implementation of technical, vocational and on the job learning programs.
5. Resolving enquiries relating to learning programs and activities.
6. Developing and maintaining professional knowledge of current approaches to Scheme operations, reporting on the effectiveness of capability and learning programs, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
7. Implementing a variety of communication activities through a range of platforms to diverse audiences and contributing as a presenter or a member to different forums and networks.
8. Updating and maintaining the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Essential Requirements:
9. Previous experience in a similar role
10. Strong knowledge of the NDIS Act
11. Experience working within disability sector
12. Excellent Written and oral communication skills
13. Excellent stakeholder management skills
14. Independent worker with strong decision making
15. You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible
