In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful administration, planning, and execution of contracts and branch operations. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring all requirements are met while maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teams. This position offers room for growth into more senior roles within the company.What You’ll Do:Manage the setup of projects including adding to the project register.Oversee transport & logistics, ensuring the smooth delivery and coordination of materials and services.Interface with the yard and fleet operations to support project delivery.Coordinate pre-construction and pre-mobilisation activities for site works and yard operations.Liaise with customers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to meet contractual obligations.Prepare and review contracts, purchase orders, and other documentation.Ensure proper invoicing for client charges, off-hire, and monthly billing.Facilitate the collection of outstanding payments and handle debtors in collaboration with accounts receivable.Maintain registers, stocktake, and perform reconciliations for fleet management.Assist in the preparation and submission of quotes and tender documents.What You’ll Bring:A degree in Business Administration or equivalent (viewed favourably)Experience in contracts administration, preferably within construction or a similar field (viewed favourably).High attention to detail and discipline in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong natural grasp of numbers and financial management.The ability to review, negotiate, and execute contractual requirements effectively.Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships both internally and externally.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a capacity to learn new systems quickly.What We Offer You:Competitive salary and benefits package.Bursary Program, Employee Assistance Program, and Employee Share Purchase Plan.Casual Dress Friday and a collaborative, supportive team environment.Joining Team ATCOWhether you’re a seasoned professional looking for your next career challenge or just starting your career journey; ATCO’s diverse portfolio across the globe provides our employees ample opportunity for career stability, growth, training, and development.If this sounds like the team and role for you, submit a copy of your CV by clicking ‘Apply’.
