We are seeking a skilled Facilities Officer (Infrastructure Advisor/Maintenance Planner) to join our team in the North Coast Region at our Maryborough office.
About the Role
* Provide expert advice and consultancy services to schools, senior management, and staff on facilities planning, investment, and portfolio operations.
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
* Collaborate with resource management specialists to ensure effective delivery of services.
* Analyze data to support sound decision-making.
* Work closely with school staff to offer guidance and knowledge for facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain focus on safety and compliance.
* Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Use Microsoft Office and other business systems proficiently.
About You
* Strong understanding of building and asset maintenance environments.
* Logical reasoning to prioritize tasks and address inefficiencies.
* Strong communication skills to engage with school staff and stakeholders.
* Valid C-class Driver's Licence.
* Valid Blue Card.
* Able to pass a Criminal History Check.
