Reporting directly to the Senior Director Digital Partnership Teams, the Manager is accountable for ensuring effective and efficient delivery of ICT services that reflect contemporary best practice and achieves optimal outcomes for the organisation's strategic operational and business requirements.The successful candidate will ensure consistency in the designated eHealth Queensland IT service management processes relevant to their roles.Role responsibilities: Maintain a current knowledge of the ICT Service catalogue as delivered by the Digital Services Branch and the role of the Digital Partnership Team in delivering those services.Manage eHealth Queensland assets within the Digital Partnership Team by overseeing the asset creation, recovery and write off processes.Apply best practice policies, frameworks, processes and systems, utilising effective reporting, review and improvement mechanisms to meet or exceed defined enterprise service levels.Drive a culture of continual service improvement by ensuring work practices/processes are developed, reviewed and standardised across Digital Partnership Teams where appropriate.Develop and implement plans and strategies, policies and procedures for the provision of information and communication technology services to meet customer needs. You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience: Motivation to work consistently with Department of Health values.High level management and leadership skills in an information and communication technology (ICT) environment for a large, complex service delivery organisation.Ability to develop and implement plans, strategies, policies and procedures for the provision of ICT services that meet customer needs.High level experience in managing the delivery of ICT services and support.
