THE ROLE This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Project Officer to support the delivery of the High-Rise Cooling Program for the Planned Asset Improvement Unit of Homes Victoria's Asset Management Branch. The Project Officer is a key role in a collaborative team focused on the installation of cooling to the portfolio of high-rise public housing towers throughout Victoria. The Project Officer is responsible for the coordination and effective operation of program governance committee meetings and overseeing the collation of metrics to prepare regular reporting on the implementation of the High-Rise Cooling Program including the provision of support and expertise as needed to a small team of Project Managers. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE In conjunction with the program manager and chairs of governance committees coordinate the scheduling of meetings and assist in the preparation and presentation of agenda, papers, minutes and action register/s to comply with High-Rise Cooling Program governance terms of reference, decisions and policies. Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
