We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence at our Yandina (Sunshine Coast) branch.As the Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and overseeing all operational aspects of the branch. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure the smooth management of our pump hire processes, and maintain an inclusive people-focused culture across our QLD operations.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Management:Manage, mentor, and develop a team including Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and Production Manager responsible for repairs and servicing of both hire and customer-owned assets.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of the operations team.Lead by example in driving high performance, open communication, and professional development within the team.Safety Leadership:Lead safety protocols and initiatives for both the QLD and NSW teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage and monitor safety practices on-site and remotely, conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture.Ensure safety training, reporting, and corrective action plans are effectively implemented.Pump Hire Process Management & Repairs:Oversee the on-hire and off-hire processes for pumps, ensuring timely and efficient operations.Ensure all equipment is serviced, operational, and prepared for deployment to customers.Ensure all repairs for both business are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.Coordinate logistics to meet customer demands and uphold quality standards.Asset Management and Control:Develop and manage processes to track and control assets, ensuring maximum availability for hire and minimal downtime.Monitor and report on asset utilisation, maintenance schedules, and asset condition.Work with the supply chain team to implement systems for inventory control and accurate reporting of asset statuses.Sales Growth and Operational Support:Collaborate with the sales team to ensure pumps and assets are hire-ready to meet demand and drive revenue growth.Support sales efforts through operational readiness and strategic asset management.Set and monitor KPIs for sales performance and operational efficiency.Process Improvement:Develop, implement, and manage processes that improve team efficiency and productivity.Continuously assess and optimise workflows, ensuring that resources are used effectively.Identify improvement opportunities and work with team leaders to discuss and implement changes.Work closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment of business objectives.Promote and drive a culture of collaboration across all departments to meet organisational goals.Site and Facility Management:Oversee site maintenance for the QLD office and operations facility, ensuring it is fit for purpose and compliant with safety standards.Manage relationships with contractors and service providers related to site upkeep.Ensure the facility always meets operational and safety needs.Team Culture and Collaboration:Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages communication, teamwork, and accountability.Lead by example, driving high performance and promoting continuous learning within the team.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in branch management or operational leadership within a technical or industrial setting, preferably within the hire or repairs industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage diverse teams.Excellent understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements.Strong asset management experience and understanding of logistics in a hire-based business.Ability to collaborate across departments and work strategically to drive business growth.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Why Join Us:At Truflo, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
