Supply Chain
Headquartered at Clayton in Victoria, we operate 22 main manufacturing sites, more than a dozen distribution centres and more than 100 company-owned trade stores as part of an extensive supply chain across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, as well as Asia, the UK and Europe.
Your Role
The Wyong site manufactures a range of products sold into various markets and channels.
The site is critical to our continued growth and success.
Site Manager Role
You will have a high-impact leadership role across the manufacturing function.
You will be a positive, collaborative leader that can bring large groups of people along the same journey while consistently looking for improvements and innovation.
You are part of a wider network of leaders within our organisation which you can collaborate and learn with, as well as managing key business unit stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the culture of the Wyong site, ensuring there is clarity on site goals, responsibility at the appropriate level and the right competency to deliver and grow.
* Manage site operational expenses in line with budget and forecasts.
* Critically look at the Wyong site's operations (taking a business-wide perspective) and where relevant improve process, systems and resources.
* Ensure that the site's short and long-term Safety & Sustainability activities comply with Company policy and do not endanger or harm employees, customers, the environment and the community.
Skills & Experience
* Previous manufacturing management experience with proven examples of driving change.
* Strong understanding of wider supply chain functions.
* Great stakeholder management, particularly with leaders outside of supply chain.
* Passionate about culture, innovation and making an impact.
