About the role
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to the Director and Team. They should be well-organised, self-efficient, have great time management skills, work well under pressure both individually and within a team, be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the Director's behalf. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents, use social media and help the director with any necessary meeting preparations.
Hours -
9am - 5pm

* Calendar & diary management
* Event Co-ordination and management
* Coordinate and organise office activities
* Office management
* Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the director
* Social Media Platform management - Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
* EDM management
* Canva experience highly preferred
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
* Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Friendly and upbeat demeanour
