About the role
Ace Sydney is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Corporate Sales individual to support our growing client demand. Blending a mix of new business sourcing and account management, the role provides a balance of tasks and a core portfolio that provides increased revenue opportunities.
In this role you will oversee a portfolio of corporate, wholesale, and TMC accounts, with a dual focus on account management. and new business sourcing. Key activities include sourcing, converting, and negotiating group, corporate, and wholesale contracts to achieve revenue targets and drive overall business growth. To be successful, you will need to have a proactive and planned approach to prospecting, strong negotiating skills, and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of customers which may include connecting with customers and guests for client entertainment and trade shows outside of office hours from time to time.
About you
You have a passion and interest in the corporate and wholesale sector with experience in a 5-star Hotel or Global Sales environment, along with being driven by achieving sales and revenue targets. You are comfortable with new business prospecting and present with a curious and creative approach. Having knowledge of Sales systems such as Delphi-Salesforce CRM and Agency360 will be beneficial.
We are open to someone who is an experienced Sales Corporate Manager or a Sales Executive wishing to step into the next part of their hospitality career. The main thing is that you are savvy, understand the unique Ace brand proposition, and you’re always eager to pick up the phone and hunt for business!
