Join Our Manufacturing Team – Drive Continuous Improvement Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for process improvement?
We're looking for a Process Engineer to help us optimise our operations, boost efficiency, and drive sustainable change.
You'll be at the heart of delivering World Class Manufacturing (WCM) projects, working hands-on with our passionate team at our Wetherill Park site.

You'll be joining a collaborative team where your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported.
What You'll Be Doing Lead and implement process improvement initiatives across production.
Apply WCM and Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Production, and Development.
Develop KPIs to measure the impact of process changes.
Support and lead Kaizen and continuous improvement events.
Conduct audits and use root cause analysis to resolve operational issues.
Work with other manufacturing sites to standardise best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation and report on project outcomes.
Promote a Zero Harm safety culture aligned with WHSE principles.
What You Bring Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, or similar).
2–3 years' experience in process, project, or manufacturing engineering.
Hands-on exposure to Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or WCM methodologies.
Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bonus: Experience in ceramics, materials, or cement manufacturing.
This position is full time, permanent contract.
What you bring to the role Tertiary qualifications in engineering plus ideally experience in production or maintenance.
Lean & Continuous Improvement: Proficient in Lean principles, including 5S or other operational improvement methodologies.
Have a "can-do" attitude and are eager to get involved.
Thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy problem-solving on the go.
Are open to learning and developing into roles in QA or broader manufacturing leadership in the future.
