The firm has a rare opening for a seasoned HR professional to join their growing Sydney team in an exciting role that has a true mix of strategy, projects and daily operations.
You’ll be joining a team of top-tier People professionals and will partner with other specialist team members to provide end to end capabilities across a variety of activities including HR due diligence, organisation design, strategy, change management and communications.
This role will be reporting into an engaging People Director based in Sydney.
This is a permanent opportunity with flexible working arrangements.
Main responsibilities:
* Lead multiple and concurrent projects, often collaborating with cross functional teams.
* Establish a high level of stakeholder engagement, acting as a true advisor and SME.
* Act as a constructive leader and coach by participating in relevant culture initiatives.
* Manage junior resources on client projects, providing guidance and direction to achieve best results.
* Role model a knowledge-sharing mindset and build a constructive culture.
To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned People & Culture practitioner with experience in a professional services environment or similar. You will have demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team and would have successfully delivered on a variety of projects/strategic initiatives in the HR space whilst also operating as a senior advisor to business leaders.
