Botten Levinson is seeking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the firm's operations and business service function. Reporting to the Managing Principal, the COO will be a key player in the executive team, working alongside the principals and Advisory Board to implement the Strategic Plan. The role will oversee administration, ICT, finance, facilities and marketing and will contribute to organisational success through enhancing operations and driving efficiencies, along with ensuring systems and processes are innovative and fit for purpose, supporting performance and growth. The successful candidate will be collaborative and empathetic, with demonstrated experience across broad operations functions. Your team player attitude will be complemented by your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. You must thrive in a high-performance environment and demonstrate a proven track record in continuous process improvement activities, quality management and achieving deliverables within deadlines. Tertiary qualifications in business/finance, IT or law are required, along with significant recent experience in a similar role with a hands-on practical approach and professional membership or similar.
