About the Role:
As an Assistant Coordinator, you will be a key member of our leadership team within the service. One of your primary responsibilities will be to step up into a Coordinator role and lead the OSHC Service as required.
You will assist in creating engaging programs using industry-leading programming tools, ensuring that our services are of the highest quality.
Your role will also involve being the face of TheirCare, building positive relationships within the school community, and managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 9.00am & 2.45pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hours
About You:
* An engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships
* Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential
* A completed or in-process ACECQA-recognised qualification, such as studies in Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services
* An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
* Willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
* Willingness to obtain a National Criminal History Check
