Working within a dynamic and supportive payroll team under a highly tenured manager.Supported by a payroll officer, this role will oversee the business's monthly payroll processing for 1500 staff, including:New Starter set upCalculate Termination & redundancy and process in payroll systemLong service leave and parental leave payment calculationsGenerate final payrun reports and issue payslipsEnd of pay processing including generating files for GL uploadEnsure LOA’s are correctly codedData Entry for Monthly OvertimeMaintenance of Employee recordsProcessing of annual pay reviews and bonusesQuarterly Director paymentsOversee the administration of Superannuation and Novated LeasesAd-hoc process improvementThe PersonTo be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Payroll Officer, including experience in a large complex business. Previous exposure to blue-collar staff will be highly regarded.
