Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide efficient and high standards of reporting daily, weekly, EOM, EOY
2. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
3. Completing Payroll
4. Experience with MYOB, preparation of Quarterly BAS for the Company Accountant
5. Liaise with external professionals, Bankers, Consultants and Trades
6. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
7. Discipline to keep strong time management & meet deadlines
8. Conduct accurate data entry, checking and reconciliation
9. Daily transactional tasks of the Administrative and Financial recording and management functions
10. Debtor and creditor processing
Skills and Experience:
11. Written and verbal communication skills
12. Take pride in personal presentation
13. Positive attitude and have great time management skills
14. Demonstrated experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite
15. Level of understanding that enables identifying, investigating, and correcting mistakes / issues
16. Knowledge of financial management / cash book systems
17. Display a high level of discretion and sensitivity
18. Flexible and adaptable to change in a work environment
19. A solid understanding of administration and bookkeeping
Qualifications:
20. Bookkeeping qualifications ideal
