Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Located at the InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, this role is responsible for leading and directing all food and beverage operations to deliver a memorable guest experience while ensuring quality service and adhering to government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and improve team performance through coaching and feedback.
* Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.
* Monitor budget and control expenses focusing on food, beverage, and labour costs.
* Train colleagues to ensure compliance and delivery to standards.
* Manage hotel food and beverage marketing programmes and participate in system-wide promotions.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' related experience, including management experience.
* Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Administration, culinary arts, or related field.
* Well-presented individual with experience in rostering across multiple sites.
* True F&B professional up-to-date with industry trends.
* Availability to work a 7-day roster.
