In the role of Sales Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of clients and look for opportunities for sales growth. You will also provide support to the production team managing customer expectations on timeframes and quality. Key responsibilities will include; Delivering exceptional customer service to assigned clients Being responsive to client needs, including resolving client concerns or issues promptly, or escalating if required Actively promoting key services and products of The Signal Group A strong focus on retaining and growing sales from existing clients Actively looking for opportunities for sales growth with new, existing or past clients Processing and managing client orders accurately and efficiently Developing a strong understanding of the products and services offered by The Signal Group across neoprene products. Collaborating with the wider Sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders within The Signal Group and the wider Mulpha Group to foster a culture of operational excellence.
