We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer who can also excel in office admin to join our team.
This role involves managing and processing invoices, payroll, and supporting general office administration at our office in Thebarton. The role will be at least 20 hours a week worked over 5 days, however we can be flexible with hours and days and hours may increase as required.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Manage foreign currency transactions, invoice payments and records. Payroll: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll. Office Administration: Provide general administrative support, including reception duties (answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries). Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all financial processes and general office tasks. Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads. Key Requirements: Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll processing. Strong understanding of financial systems and processes. High attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable and punctual.
