Job Summary
This role oversees the delivery of key targets, including turnover, profit, total trade spend, and market winning share within the independent petrol and convenience sector.
Role Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager will:
* Develop and execute the promotional plan with customers;
* Own volume and spend forecasts aligned to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process at a customer level;
* Execute the ice cream strategy in-store, partnering with the Out of Home (OOH) Field Team;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in FMCG account management;
* Three to four roles in customer marketing/trade category management and account management/field sales;
* Skills in category growth management, digital commerce, commercial strategy, customer relationship building, data literacy, selling, negotiation, and executional excellence;
