About this role A part-time opportunity (30 hours per week, across 4-5 days) has become available for a Personal Assistant to support our Restructuring Advisory team, working from our vibrant and buzzing Brisbane office.
The Grant Thornton Restructuring team provides empathetic and tailored assistance to clients facing insolvency, during what can be an emotional, overwhelming, and rapidly evolving situation.
Our insolvency specialists work with leaders to implement proactive measures, with a view to turn the business around and retain the most value for all stakeholders.
You will play a valuable, key role in the effective day-to-day operations of the team and provide intuitive support, displaying a high level of initiative, multi-tasking and adapting quickly to last-minute changes, and able to anticipate the needs of your stakeholders before and as they arise.

Key responsibilities General administrative duties, such as electronic filing, scanning, archiving and document preparationDiary management, organisation of meetings, meeting room bookings and coordination of travelAssist with management of workflow systemsClient onboarding, preparation of fees and client invoicingPreparation of correspondence and other documentation using technologies such as Adobe ReaderSupport with specific business development and marketing activities and events as requiredDatabase and system management – update Salesforce CRM and other toolsSkills and experience Required Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or similar role within a corporate and / or professional services settingHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent organisation, timekeeping and prioritisation skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills gained within an internal client-facing environmentExperience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and WordTertiary qualification(s) in Accounting, Business / Commerce or other relevant discipline, or currently studyingKnowledge of Salesforce, APS, Concur and / or iManageIf you're interested in this role but don't feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
