A$100,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr

We are a lively and future-forward company located in Canberra who utilise a collaborative and dedicated culture who are seeking likely minded individuals to join our team, specifically a committed IT Systems Technician.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for high-level support on items related to software, hardware and network infrastructure, whilst installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems and various software applications. This position works in identifying frequent incident trends and providing reports to the IT Manager, whilst implementing and maintaining disaster recovery and backups. You will be utilising your experience in Managed ICT, Active Directory, Cisco, Troubleshooting, Meraki, Cyber Security, Azure, Microsoft and Data-Recovery, and we need you to come in and hit the ground running, installing and resolving technical issues for a variety of clients across a range of software and hardware, analysing performance and collaborating with other team members to improve complex technical issues whilst documenting IT processes and procedures.

* Skills in Managed ICT, Active Directory, Cisco, Troubleshooting, Meraki, Cyber Security, Azure, Microsoft, Data-Recovery
* Previous experience in Cyber Security and an environment in Azure-based cloud Services
* Ability to work using remote desktop support applications, independently and collaboratively.
* Ability to confidently liaise with clients and communicate with team members
* At least 3 years of experience in a role providing IT Support
* A Current Australian Driver’s License
* Currently located in Canberra or willing to relocate.
* Industry related certifications such as CCNA and Microsoft related certifications
