About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for both a neuropsychologist and health/clinical psychologist to deliver specialist psychology services to inpatients with a medical admission at Eastern Health. These roles include triaging referrals, psychological assessment, formulation, providing brief psychological interventions, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team to assist with discharge planning.
The positions are for a maximum of 14 hours per week for neuropsychology and 14 hours per week for clinical/health psychology. Job share arrangements/availability for less than 14 hours will be considered.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
* Masters or Doctorate degree in Neuropsychology or Clinical/Health Psychology
* Full registration with Psychology Board of Australia
* Endorsement as a Neuropsychologist or Clinical/Health Psychologist
* A strong commitment to high quality care
* The ability to work as part of a diverse team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
