The Job:

Providing strategic procurement services for goods and services categories, you’ll source from a wide range of domestic suppliers, both on and off panel, driving benefits and savings as well as supporting project delivery schedules in conjunction with engineers, project managers etc and ensuring optimum benefits and effective management of risk for stakeholder groups, implementing forward thinking category and procurement plans.

Skills Required:
With significant experience in procurement, contract management, commercial, engineering, or project management, you’ll be well across commercial and procurement management techniques and skilled in capital procurement and procurement support. With strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain value drivers, you’ll have excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills, effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships internally and externally and end to end sourcing and contracts management experience. A high level of commercial awareness will be underpinned by tertiary qualifications in procurement, business, commerce etc and ideally you’ll have a flexible mindset to work in a standalone role while supporting the broader team and shared goals. Able to collaborate across hierarchies and work streams effectively, you’ll have strong communication and report writing skills, a high attention to detail with experience in contract administration and a self starter with comfort dealing with ambiguity.
