**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our diverse team at the Thornlands nursery.
This is a casual position with immediate start availability for day shifts from 7am to 3pm. The successful candidate will require their own transportation, as public transport is not available in this area.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
1. Independence and Autonomy**: Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
2. Nursery Tasks**: Capable of performing various tasks including planting, potting, and general labouring.
3. Reliability and Work Ethic**: Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
4. Physical Demands**: Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks.
5. Prior Experience**: Previous experience in floral, landscaping, or farming industries an advantage.
