Responsibilities
:
1. Provideprehensive IT support to all executives, addressing daily technical issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
2. Manage and coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support and maintenance.
3. Oversee and enhance cyber security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensurepliance with industry standards (working in conjunction with a consulting firm)
4. Utilize your basic to intermediate SQL and VBA skills to support various business reporting functions
5. Collaborate with external vendors that provide front, middle, and back office systems and processes.
6. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT processes and systems.
Qualifications:
7. Proven experience in an IT support role within a boutique, professional environment, ideally within the financial services sector
8. Have experience of being a trusted advisor providing support at a senior executive level ie CEOs/ board members in a mission critical environment.
9. Strong experience managing vendors and coordinating external technical support.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
11. Basic to intermediate skills in SQL and VBA (or similar).
12. Exceptionalmunication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and professionally.
13. Strong understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
Desirable:
14. Exposure to front, middle, and back office banking/trading/fund management operations.
