About the Position
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Advisorto join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial rolein managing the City’s property portfolio, contributing tothe development and implementation of the Land Asset Action Plan,Property Strategy, and Strategic Community Plan initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The duties of the Property Advisor will include but are notlimited to:
1. Create strategic plans that maximise the City’s property portfolio in line with our Lands Asset Action Plan.
2. Assist with land tenure agreements and property transactions.
3. Support the implementation of property policies and management practices for the City.
4. Conduct research to enhance property projects and prepare reports for key stakeholders.
5. Provide property advice on a variety of matters to other business units.
About You

6. Proven experience in property management or a related field.
7. Strong research and analytical skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
11. Knowledge of legal planning agreements and land tenure arrangement.

This permanent full-time position is a Level 7 Inside WorkforceAgreement position which attracts a salary from $96, grosspro rata per annum plus superannuation.
To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, orhave ability obtain a:
26. A copy of Australian driving licence
27. National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
28. Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance
29. The right to work in Australia
