Your responsibilities will be varied and will include:
* Managing telephone calls & emails
* Meeting & greeting clients
* Providing support to our Sales Secretary, Sales Agents, & Property Managers
* Managing general enquiries, the reception & office areas

The successful candidate will possess the following:
* Due to the high client contact nature of the role, applicants must possess impeccable presentation & communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Enthusiastic, energetic & a positive proactive work ethic
* Previous reception/administration experience preferred, but not essential
* Computer skills
* An excellent telephone manner
* Strong communication skills
* A positive "can do" attitude
* Data entry
* Are honest & reliable
* Initiative & ability to work unsupervised
* Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
* Able to cope with multi-tasking and keep a calm demeanor
* Hold a current Certificate of Registration
* Have a passion for Real Estate & people
