Key Role and Responsibilities
As a Retail Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
From store operations to visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing standards, your focus will be on achieving key commercial targets and inspiring customers with our iconic Aussie brand.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll oversee the daily running of a multi-million dollar store, leveraging your expertise to develop and deliver the store retail plan.
With a strong track record in fast-paced environments, you'll lead and develop a large team (100+), fostering a one-team culture that prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of our people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and exceed commercial targets by developing and executing effective store retail plans.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
* Maintain Coles' high visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing standards across all aspects of the store.
* Develop and maintain deep customer insights, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive customer loyalty.
