Job Description Minor Hotels is thrilled to announce the opening of Queens Wharf Residences and is seeking a dedicated Resident Service Agent to join our team on a full time basis, working Monday - Friday only. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for all residents by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact, the Resident Service Agent will assist with a wide range of requests, from providing building information to addressing inquiries, ensuring all needs are met with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Act as the first point of contact for all resident inquiries, providing accurate information about the building and its amenities. Assist with check-in and check-out processes for residents, ensuring smooth transitions and a seamless experience. Handle resident requests and concerns efficiently, aiming for quick resolution and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of the local area and services to provide recommendations and directions to residents. Manage and coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Assist with organising events or activities for residents, enhancing their overall living experience. Monitor and manage building security and safety, ensuring all procedures are followed for the protection of residents and guests. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all services and operations are running smoothly and consistently. Hourly rates (excluding super): Monday - Friday: $27.17 per hour Saturday: $33.96 per hour Sunday: $40.76 per hour
