The organisations vision is that digital health products and systems are designed, developed, and operated in a manner that is consumer-centred, safe, secure, and interoperable, so that quality, trusted healthcare services and information are consistently available when and where they are needed.The Conformance and Assurance Section undertakes conformance activities in line with its Conformance Framework, which outlines the principles and overall approach to engaging with, managing, and supporting vendors to integrate with national digital health systems and develop solutions that interact in alignment with conformance requirements. Conformance activities are designed to mitigate risks and specify the way third-party software must behave when it has a connection to enable transactions with national digital health systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex digital health projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.Develop and implement integrated project schedules that align dependencies and deliverables, track progress, and minimise project risk.Perform a leadership role, defining and managing the requirements, scope, and end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with the project management framework, policies, and procedures.Engage with stakeholders at a high level, understanding, negotiating, and resolving complex, difficult, and/or sensitive issues that may arise within a project.Facilitate technical discussions to understand the impact on project delivery and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.Essential Skills and Criteria:Demonstrated experience managing digital health projects in a multi-vendor environment.Knowledge of Regulatory Standards: In-depth understanding of regulatory standards and requirements for digital health products, including ISO, FDA, and other relevant guidelines.Assurance Management: Proven experience in managing assurance processes, including the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) to ensure product compliance and reliability.Conformance Testing: Expertise in overseeing conformance testing procedures to verify that digital health products meet specified standards and performance criteria.Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and compliance with conformance and assurance requirements.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the technical aspects of digital health products, including software development, integration, and deployment, to facilitate effective conformance and assurance management.Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all conformance and assurance activities are completed on time and within budget.Must hold Australian citizenship.How to Apply:If you are a proactive and results-driven project manager with experience in digital health, I would love to hear from you.
