We also provide flexible, bespoke charter flights with a full range of service options to Australia's city centres and regional destinations.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Industrial/Employee Relations professional. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role offers a full-time permanent opportunity (flexibility for part-time arrangements for the perfect fit). You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our employee lifecycle, from recruitment to terminations. This role leads the EBA negotiations across multiple departments, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance. You will provide expert advice and mentorship to managers, employees, and the HR team, supporting successful outcomes in all workplace relations matters.Key Responsibilities:Industrial Relations and Compliance:Lead enterprise agreement negotiations, including formulation, implementation, and interpretation.Provide advice on the NES, Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and employment laws.Support the negotiation and implementation of Enterprise Agreements.Grievance and Disciplinary Management:Manage grievances, disciplinary investigations, and performance management processes.Facilitate mediation and dispute resolution.Handle escalated employee relations cases, including misconduct and return-to-work processes.Policy Development and Implementation:Develop, update, and implement workplace policies and procedures.Provide training and support for policy rollout and compliance.Stakeholder and Union Engagement:Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, managers, and union representatives.Manage queries from unions and employer associations.Workplace Consultation and Projects:Lead or contribute to workplace relations projects (e.g. gender equality reporting).Support consultative committees and project initiatives as required.Qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or related area and relevant experience in HR or related field.Demonstrated experience in negotiating Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), including a strong understanding of the process and the ability to achieve successful outcomes.Strong knowledge of the NES, Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.Proven experience in grievance management, disciplinary processes, and policy development.Experience representing organisations in Fair Work Commission (FWC), Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC), and other relevant bodies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and unions.Proficiency in Microsoft suite and managing information on SharePoint & OneDrive.What we offer:Full-time or Part-time opportunity available.Free onsite Parking.Training and ongoing support for professional growth.Work-Life Balance.Staff discounts with hotels & beauty brands.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).How to apply:If you are interested in this position and meet the listed requirements, please apply with a cover letter and an up-to-date resume that outlines your relevant experience and meets the mandatory requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
