Full/Part Time | Temporary (up to 25 April 2025)
Base Salary Range:
* $84,870 - $107,240 p.a - RN/M2C
* $72,651 - $99,129 p.a - RN/M1
* $68,478 - $102,240 p.a - AHP1/2
In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, Zone Allowance and once off Incidental Payment (conditions apply), Professional Development Allowance, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

Site and Service:
Community Mental Health Team
The Community Mental Health Teams are located at both Port Augusta and Whyalla, providing specialised one-to-one counselling, group work, care coordination and health promotional activities to promote mental, emotional, physical, and social health and wellbeing.

AHP Support and Training:
* Supervision - as per the Regional LHN Allied Health Supervision Framework.
* Access to Professional Development funding.
* Support with transitioning into professional practice (AHP1) - through the Mental Health Allied Health Professional Practice Program.
* Access to contextual Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Training (specific to the region) and access to Aboriginal Liaison Officers and Aboriginal Health Practitioners.

About you:
RN/M2C
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
* Must hold a relevant postgraduate qualification in Mental Health practice.
RN/M1
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
* Be enrolled and/or willing to enrol in further postgraduate studies within Mental Health practice.
AHP1/2
* Must hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and as a regulated profession be eligible for registration as an occupational therapist in Australia.
* AHP1: Must hold a recognised four-year qualification within the Psychology profession and be eligible to hold provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
* AHP2: Must hold general registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.
* Clinical endorsement with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligible and willing to participate in AHPRA Clinical Psychology Registrar Program is desirable.
Social Worker
* Must hold a recognised qualification within the Social Work profession and be eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances)
* Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and Immunisation compliance as indicated on the Role description.
