Bakery Wrapper
Maintains current product knowledge of Bakery items. Removes product from baking pans and garnishes. Weighs finished products and logs into records. Packages, wraps, and labels baked goods. Stocks and rotates Bakery products onto tables and pallets. Assists with other Bakery duties as assigned. Follows proper Bakery and general safety and sanitation procedures and standards. Provides prompt and courteous customer service. Cleans and sanitises Bakery area, Bakery Equipment, and Bakery utensils. Re-stocks necessary supplies and ingredients. Disposes of rubbish and logs sanitation procedures. Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
* Maintains current product knowledge of Bakery items
* Moves product filled oven racks
* Removes product from baking pans and into packaging
* Garnishes baked goods according to item requirements
* Stacks used baking pans on pan dollies
* Scales finished product and records on weight verification sheet
* Packages and wraps baked goods by hand or with wrapping machine and label
* Moves wrapped products onto tables and/or stocks them on pallets
* Maintains pull dates
* Assists bakers and cake decorators with production on scratch and frozen items and follows production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished product
* Rotates and merchandises product throughout the day
* Follows Standard Sanitation Operation Procedure (SSOP) guidelines for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment
* Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification and all safety training required by warehouse and Bakery Department
* Assists with other Bakery duties and in other departments of the warehouse as required
* Cleans and sanitises the Bakery area - sweeps, mops, sprays, washes, applies cleaning agents, wipes, and operates pressure washer, cleans and refills mop bucket, cleans mop head
* Dismantles Bakery equipment - washes, rinses, and sanitises removable parts, wipes down stationary parts
* Washes Bakery containers and utensils - restocks baking supplies and industrial-sized containers of ingredients
* Collects cardboard and rubbish, operates rubbish compactor and cardboard baler, takes laundry to service pick up area
* Logs sanitation procedures performed on daily report and complies with health codes
* Follows proper Bakery and general safety and security procedures and standards
* Reads labels for proper use and precautions of cleaning products
* Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers

Service Deli Assistant
Prepares, packages, and labels meals, entrees, salads, party trays, rotisserie chicken, sliced meats, and cheeses. Prepares take-and-bake pizzas. Stocks and rotates merchandise in the display case. Maintains machinery and equipment. Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers. Follows proper safety procedures and standards.
* Dismantles equipment, washes, rinses and sanitises removable parts, equipment in Deli and Rotisserie rooms
* Inspects and reassembles equipment, addresses any corrective actions from the previous night
* Rework display case, filling and rotating merchandise
* Completes required department paperwork
* Cleans and sanitises work area throughout the day following Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines for proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position
* Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality assurance, Food Safety Certification, department specific training, and all safety training required by warehouse, service deli and rotisserie department
* Complies with health code by following sanitation standards and maintaining proper temperatures
* Stocks and rotates supplies in cooler/freezer
* Removes rubbish from department and work areas
* Operates rubbish compactor and cardboard baler
* Skewers and loads chicken into rotisserie ovens
* Cooks chicken as per Standard Operating Procedure
* Packages, labels and displays chicken in hot holding cabinet
* Adheres to all departments Standard Operating Procedures
* Prepares meat, poultry, cold meat, vegetables and seafood as per Standard Operating Procedures
* Assembles platters, pizzas, sushi, salads, raw meats and other items sold in the Service Deli and Rotisserie departments
* Assists with other department of the warehouse as necessary
* Provides and ensures prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees and vendors

Food Court Service Assistant
Prepares and sells food and drink items to customers from a food court kitchen. Pulls and stocks supplies and ingredients. Cleans kitchen and eating areas. Processes sales, collects money, and dispenses food and drink items. Follows proper safety and sanitation procedures and standards. Provides prompt and courteous member service.

Cleans and sanitises work area throughout the day as well as performs duties that comply with the health code. Cleans and sanitises meat department. Dismantles equipment to sanitize. Re-stocks supplies. Assists with stocking cases and follows department procedures for quality and consistency of finished merchandise. Collects laundry and delivers to laundry service pick-up area. Follows proper safety procedures and standards.
