What You'll Bring We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, along with some experience in team leadership/motivation and delivering impactful results. Specific skills and experiences include: Proven experience as a Senior System & Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role. Strong hands-on expertise with on-premise infrastructure, Windows Servers, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware & Citrix, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, InTunes, Azure Cloud, hybrid data center infrastructure. Best practices experience in managing security, backups, DR, EDR/XDR. Workplace device onboarding and management experience for employee laptops, servers, phones, office networks, printers, and security cameras. Intra-office network connectivity and SD-WAN experience is highly regarded. Experience with modernization & transformation programs to address aging on-premises infrastructure and adopt cloud computing platforms. Azure Cloud experience is mandatory. Demonstrated experience & interest in running the internal staff-facing support system and delivering exceptional staff experience through support center. Ability to motivate and guide team members, fostering a positive team culture. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Proactive approach to staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
