Job ResponsibilitiesService and support existing customers, and develop new ones according to targets and budgets.Liaise and communicate product ranging, pricing, action plans, and promotional initiatives.Provide market information to the Sales Manager for planning.Ensure adequate stock levels and obtain stock orders at retail locations.Complete all call cycles on schedule, recording activities in SalesForce.Undertake merchandising stock in stores as needed.Grow Sika's market share by establishing quality relationships within key retail distribution customers.Support all Sika retail distribution business activities.Develop and conduct Sika brand support activities, including trade breakfasts and promotional events.Identify customer training opportunities and support with training programs.Participate in internal and external training as needed.Prepare and present monthly activity summaries to the manager.Comply with sales, pricing, and expense policies.Regular travel to customer sites, including regional travel.Perform any other tasks as agreed with Sika.Your Expertise - Our StrengthExcellent customer service and relationship management skills.Ability to develop business presentations and sales information with the sales team.Comfortable liaising with all decision-makers and working with B2B and Channel Distribution.Competent, team player, reliable, energetic, and capable of working autonomously with a strong marketing and sales aptitude.University or Trade degree or minimum of 3 years' experience in an Industrial Market Field.Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or SAP.Knowledge and previous merchandising experience in a related industry (desirable).Going Beyond.
