This is a leadership position, with strong focus on clinical governance and support of clinical staff.About YouTo be considered candidates must hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant mental health discipline, and or health management to enable them to provide direct client services as required.We Are Seeking a Highly Skilled Professional With Excellent communication and personnel management skills and sound knowledge of workplace health and safety matters. An excellent understanding of the national standards that relate to client data management and documentation and the ability to implement these standards to a high level. Extensive experience in reporting and contract management in rural and remote areas. An awareness of Indigenous health issues and the ability to work in a culturally sensitive manner, in order to support diverse and multidisciplinary team members will be pivotal to your success.
