Senior Facilities Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Facilities Manager to join our team.
About the Role
This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to manage multiple sites, teams, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional facilities services delivery. The successful candidate will have strong operational, technical, and team leadership skills, with a proven track record of achieving results in facilities-related fields.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of facilities services across a diverse portfolio of properties.
* Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk associated with client accounts.
* Ensure team achievement of facilities services KPIs.
* Build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
* Provide financial management and cost control, contractor management and reporting, OHS and risk management, and team management.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem-solving and has the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks. You'll need to be proactive and able to source opportunities to achieve best results.
* Requirements:
* 5+ years of proven experience working in facilities-related fields.
* Strong understanding of facilities management services.
* Ability to analyze numerical data and extract clear and logical reports.
* Proficient in MS Office product suite.
* Current and valid driver's licence.
