About the Role:
As an Orderly, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team by assisting with a variety of essential tasks. This position is perfect for individuals who are flexible, motivated, and eager to make a positive impact on our patients' experiences and overall service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Transportation: Safely and courteously transport patients throughout the Health Service, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
* Equipment Management: Collect, deliver, and return medical equipment and supplies as needed, supporting the smooth operation of clinical activities.
* Specimen Handling: Transport specimens to designated areas, maintaining proper procedures to ensure their integrity.
* Linen Services: Deliver clean linen to patient areas and remove dirty linen promptly, contributing to a clean and hygienic environment.
* Waste Management: Remove rubbish and other waste materials to maintain a clean and orderly environment within the facility.
