The Key Accounts Manager is a leadership role within the APAC Sales Team. This role is responsible for retaining and expanding revenue, by up-selling into our clients' existing customer sites across the APAC region. The Key Account Manager will take ownership of turning our customers into advocates, while playing a mentorship role to our Key Account Consultants, ensuring a consistent level of service is maintained across our ever-growing customer community.
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
4. Minimum five (5) years' experience in an account management role;.
5. Software sales experience
6. Willingness to own both customer success activities (onboarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention) and outcomes (licence renewals, software and services sales).
7. Successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, including new software sales and customer retention etc.
8. Ability to solve problems under pressure and identify opportunities for the customer and our client.
9. Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, facilitation, cross-cultural communication, and customer service skills.
10. Proven ability to engage, develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultures.
11. Degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
