Our Client: We are working exclusively with a leading professonial services firm as they seek an experienced Team Secretary to provide high level administrative support to a high performing team. About the Role: As Team Secretary, you will provide comprehensive admin support including client communications, document management, meeting coordination, and diary management for Partners and Directors. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing client correspondence, communications, reports and presentations Providing high-level administration and meeting coordination Managing company secretarial requirements to ensure ASIC compliance Coordinating debtor management and implementing payment solutions Occasional reception coverage Contributing to process improvements and firm-wide initiatives About You: The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment. You'll be highly proficient in MS Excel and Word with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
