Your new role:
As an L&OD consultant in our national team, prepare to take the helm of a role that blends organisational development, designing impactful learning experiences and bringing our culture to life. You will contribute to the ongoing success of our L&OD programs and leadership initiatives through hands-on learning design, stakeholder engagement and program facilitation. This position reports to and works closely with the Senior Manager, Learning & Organisational Development and is part of an exceptional national team of seasoned L&OD professionals.
Key responsibilities:
The role works autonomously to deliver L&OD programs for the local office (Sydney) and in collaboration with the wider team for national programs.
1. Design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that align with and meet the needs of the individual, team and organisation
2. Facilitate, coordinate and project manage learning events for clerks, grads, lawyers etc.
3. Contribute to the design and implementation of leadership programs and initiatives
4. Create instructional materials, workbooks etc. using appropriate multimedia tools
5. Strategically contribute to the digital learning experience of our internal teams
6. Support lawyers CPD requirements, organising sessions with providers
Skills and experience:
7. Ideally 5+ years' experience as a L&OD professional
8. Tertiary qualifications in adult education / organisational learning, psychology or a related field
9. Facilitation experience to large and small groups ideally in a professional services environment
10. Desirable - accreditation in psychometric tools, e.g. Genos, MBTI, TLC
