Responsibilities
:
1. Assist to build a strong and highly regarded Risk Management team.
2. Help drive and maintain a strong and resilient culture of risk andpliance, which is embedded across the business;
3. Provision of effective Line 2 independent review and challenge across Insignia's Client Wellbeing business.
4. Provision of risk management expertise and best practice advice that is aligned to the businesses' risk frameworks and risk appetite.
5. Line 2 oversight of business planning activities, cultivating and fostering enduring relationships with the business.
6. Work fluently across other Risk Management functions in order to have end-to-end visibility.
7. Assisting delivery of insightful risk reporting, including to Board and Boardmittees.
8. Work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team.
9. Maintaining existing risk tools within the relevant operational risk &pliance system(s)
10. Undertake and assist with regulatory reviews, as required.
11. Contribution to industry consultations, as required
What you will bring:
12. Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the Financial Services sector
13. Knowledge of risk andpliance principles and frameworks
14. Strong understanding of the Financial Services sector
15. An understanding of risks associated with multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media and traditional platforms
16. Developedmercial experience and judgement through prior experience in advisory/business partnership roles, with strategic capability
17. Strong analytical, verbal and report writing skills
18. The ability to exercise sound judgment and problem solve in aplex environment
19. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive behavioural and mindset changes, across all levels within the organisation and build trusted relationships
20. Actively promote the Risk Management brand through behaviours and cultures as well as through adding value to the business
21. Ability to impart knowledge and experience through coaching.
22. A tertiary qualification in Business,merce, Law or a related discipline
